TUOPU X-215T photovoltaic special flux is a low solid content (about 1.4% solid content), low halogen, high activity no-clean flux. It can be used for welding solar cell components.
The resin active system has excellent wettability on the surface of bare copper and solder layer.
There are very few surface residues after soldering, and the solder is uniformly bright and full and does not need to be cleaned.
2. Instructions for use
It is recommended to use TUOPU X-C special thinner, isopropanol with a purity of over 99.9% or fresh flux solution to regularly clean the flux tank and the areas where flux residues may occur in related equipment.
When changing the type of flux, use X-C thinner or 99.9% purity isopropyl alcohol to thoroughly clean the flux container.
The density and uniformity of the flux coating are critical to the successful application of no-clean flux.
