TUOPU X-215T photovoltaic special flux is a low solid content (about 1.4% solid content), low halogen, high activity no-clean flux. It can be used for welding solar cell components.
The resin active system has excellent wettability on the surface of bare copper and solder layer.
There are very few surface residues after soldering, and the solder is uniformly bright and full and does not need to be cleaned.

 

2. Features and advantages
Low halogen, high activity, low solid content, low welding smell and smoke, no need to clean, saving operation cost.
