No-clean, low solid content flux, colorless, clear, transparent, and highly active flux
X-215T photovoltaic special flux is a low solid content (about 1.4% solid content), low halogen, high activity no-clean flux. It can be used for welding solar cell components.The resin active system has excellent wettability on the surface of bare copper and solder layer.
The flux solvent will volatilize when exposed to the air, absorb moisture in the air, and slowly degrade the activity. Therefore, when the flux is not used for a long time, the flux should be poured out and sealed and stored, and then refilled into the container when it is used. During normal use, the flux composition in the container will also change. When an abnormality occurs, fresh flux can be added or directly replaced with fresh flux.
Health and safety:
X-215T flux contains flammable solvents (flash point is 13 degrees Celsius) and should not be exposed to fire sources or electronic equipment without fire prevention measures.
An exhaust device must be installed at the exit of the wave soldering equipment to completely remove volatiles.
Pay attention to protection during use to avoid prolonged skin contact and direct eye contact with flux. If it touches the eyes, please rinse with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
